I’ve played this for years and now I can’t get through one game without it freezing up on me. I’ve deleted it, reloaded, I have a new phone and nothing changed. Grrrrrr!

Was close to level 3000 and when I did this update it took me back to level 1. WTH.

This game has not worked for s week I am always having problems with it. Fix it please

The game freezes continually and I have reached a level and i conquer it but it freezes and will not move forward. You are locked on a level and the game will not progress Terrible!!!

…and I’ve played it for years. Now it freezes every. single. time I use it. Contacting support was worthless. Deleted the game.

I’ve been playing this game for a long time now. It freezes once you get to level 664, not only that I had 21 gems and they all disappeared but 1. I love this game and I’ve wrote to the developer and the issues I’ve been having still haven’t been fixed.

This is another day I can’t open on my laptop nor collect my bonuses. Also, this game continuously freezes when I have already purchased icons to help during my play so I lose whatever I have added extra to my play.

Love the game but it keeps freezing on me and kicking me off. Like seriously. Please fix.

I'm playin on ipad. iOS 10.03 or so. When I hit app the picture flashes and I get a grey screen.

I updated the game and it doesn’t open! I check everyday for an update and to see if I can open the app and still no luck. I might have to delete the app - why keep it if I can’t use it.

Don’t get hooked! Too many problems. Update mad3 it even worse!

This app freezes frequently which makes it frustrating to play on mobile device. Come on Cook Apps---fix it!!

Game froze up, how do I unfreeze to continue playing, if I delete and redownload, I will lose all my points.

This app constantly freezes on my phone! It is very irritating! Tired of losing things!

game is even better now &becoming one of my favorites...everything unlimited &i can play forever specially without havin in order to do much of anythingvwhidh is best part of it...music &soundd effects r relaxing once u start playin...suggestion: more relaxing music;soft music for every level...nothin in b-minor or c-minor..another suggestion: relaxing sounds of purring cats;more bubbles;fairy dust &cat toys during levels specially once players win levels...that’d be extremely magical in my opinion...&best sfx of all...

This game used to be fun. Now it shuffles when there are still moves that could be made so you can’t advance to a new level

For a little over two weeks this game been freezing on me. I refreshed, gone through Facebook and even deleted and downloaded again....it still freezes on me!

This game was fun until I stopped being able to collect gifts form my Facebook friends. The game says I have gifts but when I go into the app it says my inbox is empty.

I do love this game! Actually a favorite but I’m having trouble with a certain level...level 1172 to be exact...Every time I try to clear the last row it freezes up and I have to start over!! Aggravated...

Pengle was a fun game until I got to level 79! They put those stupid blocks that keep multiplying just like the chocolate in Candy Crush! All moves have to be concentrated on removing them so by the time you do you won’t have enough moves to score high enough to get 3 stars, which is what I like to have! So in order to get anywhere you will have to fork over cash and buy coins or gems! Not going to happen, I am deleting this game because NO game is worth this much aggravation, PERIOD!

LOVE this game! I’ve been playing it for over 2 years but the bugs in this game drive me crazy!! It won’t even load half the time! I have the updated version with the *fixed bugs*... no. Not fixed! Come on pengle people get these bugs worked out! I would like to be able to play this game everytime I open the App!

How do I cancel pengle from my app. I keep getting messages from them which seems to be using up my battery power. It is a real aggravation to get messages 6 or 7 timeline a day.

I love this game but several months ago it told me to come back in a few weeks for more “advantures ”. Yes y’all spelled adventures wrong. Why many months later am I not able to play. On my computer I play just fine yet not on my phone .

Love the game and was glad the update included collect all, however, the new feature for like and get 10 coins each freezes and crashes windows. Would love the updated mobile app wS available. Can not play on my tablet.

On level 1722 and I've passed it three times and all three times it's froze and won't let me move past! Seems to be very glitchy and getting worse all the time!! So irritating...
