I play as guest. Love the game and it did fine for a while, now freezes frequently & takes hours to load a normal game again.

I LOVE this game but I have been stuck in level 474 for a long time! I have beaten this levels many times and keeps telling me I ran out of moves when I had many moves left! I wont play this game anymore until it is fixed! I wrote technical support with no response! Writing Again still not working and I just uploaded an update wont play or should I say cant play this game until it is fixed!

Fix the program on the game. I and others are stuck on 474 for months now. We clear the level but it wont give us the stars or add up remaining moves to points so we can move on. Needs fixed soon.

I keep having to replay levels that I have beat because the game freezes at the end keeps running up the points till it cant go anymore or just completely freezes altogether. It also doesnt remove blocks that Ive made matches next to when its the second match made by it. Im tired of wasting my time with this game. Cant even find a way to get tech support when I hit the button it just takes me to my fb page.

Im on level 215 and live the game. BUT it freezes at time and the only way I can get it to refresh my lives is hard rebooting my iPhone. if I dont do that, no matter when I come back to the game it still has me at zero lives. Also, when collecting coins they some times get "stuck" (keep showing instead of vanishing) & then the coin count wont increase. I cant find any help within the game so I hope these reviews are reaching someone.

im glad its not just me having MAJOR issues w level 474. i thought maybe it was just me but i read some of the first few comments and alot of people are having problems. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!! fix this level.

Stuck in several levels for days. The game will lock up on the IPhone. You get to the last tile to clear and the game locks up. BOGUS!! Level 713 is stuck. Will not go to the next level when all are cleared.

Wont let me pass. Cleared the board with 4 moves left and told me I was out of moves several times! Wish it would b fixed so I can move on! Frustrating!

Level 833 on Pengle has been beaten 4 times, cannot move to next level. No app support available, sends to Facebook but not to cook apps in Facebook. Website doesnt allow feedback either.

Freezes, hangs up... All of the same issues as listed in the other reviews. Just deleted this game.

Like many of the negative reviews, I love the game and want to play. But like others, I am stuck and the game will not update or fix itself. Been on level 640, beat it with 19, 30, 10 moves left and it says Out of Moves or Score too Low despite 2 stars. Fix it or stop advertising it!

This app freezes frequently which makes it frustrating to play on mobile device. Come on Cook Apps---fix it!!

I like this game but there are too may bugs! The timer that counts down for free keys does not give you the free keys after it makes it to 0:00:0. Then once I restart the app it says I have free keys but it never actually gives them to me. Then, there is a power up that looks like a fan. I have no idea what its supposed to do because every time I tried to use it, the game froze & I had to restart. When it comes back, the unused fan is gone. Tired of playing such a buggy game.

I really do love this game but the only thing that I dont understand is how to use the fan part I had 3 of them and I hit it once by accident and it froze my game and I had to go completely out of the game then go back in it to unfreeze it so again I was wanting to know what that fan done and I hit it again and it done the same thing so can someone tell me what thats used for please

I am stuck on level 8. It says to unlock the blade but when I tap it, it wont let me. Im so annoyed. I was excited to play but now I hate this game. Fix the bugs or get rid of the game. Its a waste of time.

Great fun game That I have been playing on Facebook for years , some issues with freezing on this App , needs a update please !

This is a fun game, but I wish Id read the reviews before I downloaded it. Like others playing the game, Im stuck on level eight. There is a prompt to click on the propellers and I try to, but nothing happens. Its frozen. I close the game out, restart it at level seven, repeat level seven and try to go on to level eight and I get the same thing over and over. Sadly I have to get rid of the game. Games are supposed to be fun not frustrating.

I really like this game but I have a serious issue when it keeps shuffling my pieces when I have moved that can be made and it takes away my turns. That is so not fair!

I updated the game because it was freezing up and the new update sent me back to square 1- I WAS ON 358!!! I HATE THAT!
