Ive played this game to level 442. Ive had my share of bugs with this game. Some worse than others. A recent update helped but did not eliminate the occasional freezes, or graphic glitches. Currently on level 442 it will shuffle before all options have been exhausted. Completely annoying, and it makes it next to impossible to complete. Is it really that complicated to write a bug free mobile game?

I love this game, its very addictive! BUT it wont give me the stars I win and then when I close the app and reopen it my stars are GONE!!! Very annoying :-(

Constantly freezes up, haft to manually shut down app in order to continue playing, loses a life each time. Very frustrating:(

Love the game but keeps freezing

Spent more time waiting for it to load or resetting than actually playing.

Game is fun but if you are needing a key to move on and ask friends, you may be shown the friends who play but the app sends requests to all your FB friends. Then to buy one key is impossible, the app wont process it AND it starts a timer for three hours until your next key but when you leave the app, the click stops. They are ruining what could be a enjoyable game. 12/16/14...second time today I have had to delete and reinstall. Keeps freezing up.

It is getting very frustrating to play. Continually have to delete game and re-install. Usually as I am about to clear a level it locks up. Wont let me buy keys, says friends have sent lives and keys and they never show up

The last few days the game has been freezing. Naturally its only when Im about to win a tough round! The only solution is to delete and reinstall. However, this is only a temporary fix as itll happen all over again!!

The game keeps freezing both on mobile and desk top.

Love it but I run out of lives and have to turn off my iPhone 5s to reset. Frustrating!!!

Been freezing up & I have to either reset my phone &/or delete & re-install the game. Its only been doing this for about the last week. But it is very aggravating!! Not 5 stars because of this!!

Fix your app 15 hours waiting for keys then it wont give you the key starts time all over again no key let me guess you want us to buy them

This game is fun and slightly addictive. HOWEVER, the developers are obviously either inept or missing in action. It is rife with bugs, the countdown timer doesnt work for magic "keys" most of the time -- it just sits there at zero with no rhyme or reason as to when you can get another key to move on to the next level. At the higher levels, the app freezes A LOT. And youre stuck having to hard reset it only to find youre back at the beginning of that level. The developers should either fix it or pull it completely. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH SPENDING ANY MONEY ON. I was almost sucked in to spending my cash for "upgrades", but am now relieved I didnt.

Fix the problem with level 474! It will not give me the win.

Waaaaayyyy too many bugs to deal with! Freezes up, puts multiple pieces in one slot, etc.. Just not worth your time!

One to many problems with this game! Just when you complete a level it freezes up. You lose a life then have to wait forever just to get one. Please fix the glitch!!

I enjoyed the game until I got to a level I couldnt pass. Its not because of difficulty, but because it freezes EVERYTIME I play the level when it shuffles. I am so disappointed. Dont play the game because there is no hope of completing it.
